I bought a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid this last week and needed to bring it in to get the clear coat and ceramic put on it. I already gave a review for my amazing sales guy, David Stephens (10 stars) so I assume this one is for today’s experience. She was a great help and made the experience so smoothly. Amazing staff, our first contact was online with RJ, he immediately communicated with me on what we were looking for and answered at least a dozen questions I had. He was able to make us an appointment the same day to come in up from Salem to reserve the truck we saw online. After arriving all of the staff on site were helpful! RJ turned us over to Zach who also answered countless questions and walked us through the entire process. We were able to reserve our truck and pick it up 2 weeks later! Zach updated us via text through out the 2 weeks letting us know the status and answering more questions. I’ve never dealt with such a customer driven dealership. Everyone there was amazing!! If I could give 100 stars I would. Highly recommend this dealership and RJ and Zach, I can’t give either of them enough kudos. They helped me buy my husband his dream truck. Decided to get another Toyota Tundra and started my search in the Portland Metro area. Went to Beaverton Toyotas web site and decided to participate in their chat. Very nice guy, well spoken, knowledgeable, attentive to what I was looking for and stayed in touch. I also got reacquainted with Sales Manager Mike Lissman who we had purchased 3 Toyotas from over at another Toyota dealer. Another great and very personal guy. The process was very smooth. I got preapproved with my credit union and when the truck came in they called, prepped it and had my paperwork ready to sign. I, like most people love the idea of purchasing a new car but the thought of going to a dealership dampens the enthusiasm, however Beaverton Toyota with employees like Paul Kim and Mike Lissman was defiantly a refreshing car purchasing experience.
