I was so glad they kept the car over the weekend so the minor paint repairs could be done well and correctly. It was a pleasant car buying experience. We have the Prius scheduled at 5 and 10,000 mile intervals for oil changes and inspections. They do an extremely efficient job of scheduling and being prompt and getting one in and out in an hour for routine service. Recently, we've needed a repair to the hatchback door and I have been impressed at how they've gone about the repairs. I must say that I don't have any sense that they're trying to upsell unused repairs or parts. Their goal seems to be to keep the car in top service at a reasonable cost to the owners and we really appreciate this professional approach. More

The place offered free GOOD coffee and a decent sandwich for a good price. There were magazines to read, tv to watch and free wifi. Noting the staff's interactions with customers and with each other--very positive and friendly. A pleasant experience. I am looking at replacing my vehicle and will definitely come here to buy. More
