Everything was straightforward and closing on the deal was as fast as I have ever experienced. I work with Neal and Ron. Neither of them was very pushy. Neal was very accommodating and answered all my online requests and questions in a timely manner. He was courteous and seemed genuinely honest. When I came into the dealership I worked with Ron who gave me great service. Made sure I liked the vehicle and made it easy to get through the purchasing experience. He even helped me get a one day test drive of sorts. They loaned me the car I was buying for a day, which allowed me to test drive it with no pressure to buy. Best dealership I have been at so far. It's a good thing too because there were a few items that needed immediate repair. My service advisor, Patrice Porter, immediately notified me and we were able to have the repairs taken care of. Patrice has always been extremely professional and it is a pleasure working with her. Kudos to the service department for fixing the problems right the first time. More
EARLY & SCREWED BY TOYOTA Back in 2012, took truck in for service while still under warrenty and showed them and explained to service checkin person at that time that in passen Back in 2012, took truck in for service while still under warrenty and showed them and explained to service checkin person at that time that in passenger side windshield inside the cab there was moisture every morning and afternoon and that at times it was freezing up inside the cab. He said they would check it out. I told him to note it in my record. Well to this day!!! Not a dam thing was done. WELL CORP TOYOTA IF THERE EVER IS A NEXT TIME I WILL RETURN IT TO YOU AS A LEMON. I suggest anyone buying a toyota if they ever have a problem that is just passed on to return it as a lemon. Then maybe they would get there heads outa there rear`s and take care of the problem!!! Wonderful Had a nail in my tire and had to have the tire replace. Neal was so so helpful when I contacted him about the problem and told me that I had purchase Had a nail in my tire and had to have the tire replace. Neal was so so helpful when I contacted him about the problem and told me that I had purchased the tire coverage. The service center was nice and very helpful. They replaced the tire in about an hour and I was good to go. The tire coverage was well worth it. Thanks Toyota. More
