The weird: go to pick up, told to "walk through glass doors to find "insert name" ... no names in bullpen. We wandered around feeling a little silly. No indicators anywhere of which service rep was in which station. Why can't it be set up so that the cashier can say "Go through glass doors, "insert name" will be at station #6?" Overall, I'd be interested to see how their sales floor works - Toyota is reputable, almost sells themselves. Wait area was very nice. Comfortable, little cafe available. Overall, they're doing a lot of things right. More

Friendly and knowledgeable We had a wonderful car buying experience in every way except how long it took. The part you highlight about it taking about an hour wasn't true. It to We had a wonderful car buying experience in every way except how long it took. The part you highlight about it taking about an hour wasn't true. It took closer to 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Also it would've been nice to have access to some kind of snack since we waited so long. Our salesman however deserves 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable, friendly with just the right amount of personal touch and kept us up to date on what was happening during the entire purchase. More

My family attempt many 4 times to purchase vehicle from them but never did. We purchased 2003 prius from Broadway Toyota, We purchased 2010 toyota camry from Royal Moore, 2013 Venza and 2015 from Vancouver Toyota. Recently I took my 2015 Sienna in for ABS light. knowing my sienna still under warranty, plus I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. I called them to schedule an appointment, they told me it is urgent to bring the vehicle in for diagnosis. When I got there they told me to come back another day due to there over booking. I asked for an appointment, but they told me to just come early in the morning and they will get my vehicle worked on. So I did again, early in the morning I drove there, they told me that they are under staffs. I was upset but I left my vehicle there anyways. I called 2 hours later they responded that they have not look at it yet. The service mgr told me if I want can come an pick it up. I stated that not necessary, I will give them more time. Hours went by and they called me and state that the wire harness for ABS broken and that it not cover under any warranty. I am very upset, it is a new vehicle and I purchase the extended warranty on it. Telling me a wire harness broken and I have to pay for it. We are toyota family, if this not taken care of, really is toyota is my next vehicle? Also, my venza still not fixed, the back door still making noises when open and close. Both vehicle has not been in any accident so no it not broken by us. More

We both came into the office to finalize the paperwork and trade in our Nissan Exterra Pro 4X for a Prius. We had the best experience purchasing a vehicle that we have ever had.
