I found the car I wanted online, and when I arrived to Beaverton Toyota it was parked at the front of the building ready to test drive. I was greeted at the front door and the entire car buying process was explained throughly, and moved quickly. Beaverton Toyota does a one price, no haggle offer, which was a little disappointing but it made the process quick. Very appreciative for this first time buyer experience. I love my new Toyota Rav4! Unwelcomed I was not made feel welcomed when I first entered the showroom. I was standing there for about 10 minutes before anyone walked up to greet me or ask if I needed anything.There were many staff walking around and would see me standing there, but none acknowledge me or made any effort to see if I needed help. I had an appointment set up, but the person at check-in did not help and when I approached the desk did not greet or looked interested to help. Once I had this experience I wad not in a buying mood and just wanted to get my paperwork processed as quick as possible so that I could leave. More

Overall great experience purchasing my car! First time purchasing a Toyota for me. I am impressed with the level of service at this dealership. They were patient and willing to show me anything First time purchasing a Toyota for me. I am impressed with the level of service at this dealership. They were patient and willing to show me anything I asked to see or test drive. I knew I wanted a 2014 or 2015 RAV4 when I arrived. I never felt rushed or pressured while looking throughout the very large lot of available vehicles. I had just been to another dealership, Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro the day before, I left there very dissatisfied with their customer service. I could immediately feel the difference walking onto this dealership's lot. Tony did an amazing job of answering my many questions and showing me any and all options available. When my husband and I first got there we were helped by another employee that usually works in the internet purchase department, I cannot recall her name, she stayed with us until she had another appointment then placing us with Tony. I appreciate that she helped us while she was available. The financing part of purchasing a car is normally the worst in my opinion, at this dealership I never experienced what I have in the past with other dealerships. It was pretty straight forward, we dealt with Tony the entire time and were not bounced around to a 2nd or even a 3rd person to haggle over the financing and costs as I have experienced at other dealerships. I was clear in what I wanted and they were willing to work with that. Overall, I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and look forward to my next purchase with them in a few years when I'm ready to upgrade from my RAV4 to a Highlander! More
