Good Experience I was able to deal with a really nice gentleman named Neal Tykwinski at the dealership. I had inquired online regarding a Prius V with all the options I was able to deal with a really nice gentleman named Neal Tykwinski at the dealership. I had inquired online regarding a Prius V with all the options my wife wanted, colors, etc. After some back and forth with the details, we decided on the charcoal grey V5. Dealing with Neal he was very receptive to our needs and helpful overall. Joel Hunt was also very helpful. We opted for remote start and needed to make an appointment for installation.Joel called me and made it very easy. In short, best car buying experience I've had. A new slick device measures your tire depth and determines whether you need an alignment as you drive in. A full inspection was done before my car was returned to me. Just be prepared for everything to take a while but as my oil changes were included in my purchase, I just bring a good book and wait. One downside - the car wash was out of commission for the day, and no one informed me nor did they have a sign up regarding this. I had hoped to wash off the deicer from the recent snow/ice event, but this was a minor issue. More
