I asked a million questions, was very indecisive, and yet he continued to be super supportive through the entire process. He was courteous and friendly, and took care of my service needs right away. I needed extra work done, and he called to explain the work and the cost. He requested my authorization for the work. It took an extra 2 1/2 hours to complete the work, but they agreed to go ahead and complete it on the same day..I was pleased that I didn't need to come back another day to have the work done. My car was vacuumed inside and I received a free car wash. These touches are much appreciated.Toyota did an excellent job in updating my service needs. I would definitely refer then to a friend.
