We did not feel pressured to buy a higher priced vehicle than we intended and when the financing was more challenging than expected, he kept us looped in and even bought me a pastry since I'd missed lunch and was getting a bit light headed. Epitome of Service The service department at Beaverton Toyota went way above and beyond for me last week. My check engine light came on at the same time the engine star The service department at Beaverton Toyota went way above and beyond for me last week. My check engine light came on at the same time the engine started idling like it was an old truck about to stall. This alarmed me so since I live very close to the dealership I figured I would run by and see if they could take a look at it. Upon arriving, I was greeted with smiles, they cursorily checked my running engine but were very kind in telling me that they were not accepting any more "walk ins" for the day. That truly was fine with me as I figured I could go back home and wait until I could get an appointment. This was not an urgent matter, just a bothersome one. HOWEVER, your service department had other ideas. After a few minutes of consultation with one another they announced to me that they could take me home and they would check my car out to determine what was wrong. Now really........I was totally pleased but they really didn't need to go so overboard for me. But they insisted, I got a ride home with the most pleasant shuttle driver and waited to hear the verdict on my car. A few hours later, Rob in service, called to let me know the car had been fixed and they even took care of the recall issue for me. You have the most helpful, wonderful staff at your dealership.
