He helped us find the minivan we had seen online and were hoping to purchase and was very patient while we debated between new and certified used. We did not feel pressured to buy a higher priced vehicle than we intended and when the financing was more challenging than expected, he kept us looped in and even bought me a pastry since I'd missed lunch and was getting a bit light headed. Even with the hiccups (our fault!), we were out in under 4 hours including the test drive and vehicle debate. Thanks so much! We love our new minivan! More
