Dream car - excellent service! Jessica was fantastic! Wonderful experience buying a new car! I first saw the car on the website. The website was very easy to use. The photos, Jessica was fantastic! Wonderful experience buying a new car! I first saw the car on the website. The website was very easy to use. The photos, descriptions and prices of all the cars available were exactly what I needed. So nice to be able to compare on line without having to go to the lot and forget what I had seen. I had looked at the car several times. Then, Saturday night one of the internet sales reps, Biff reached out and asked if I wanted to chat. He answered my questions, checked to see if the car was still available, and we made an appointment for me to test drive the car the next day. Jessica met me at the dealership the next day. I saw the car as I drove into the lot - it was ready with my name on it! We went for a test drive. Jessica explained all the functions of the car (and helped me set up the phone and some of my destinations). She handled and explained all of the paperwork. No hassles! And then, Jessica helped me get my new car (and my old car) home and followed up with a call the next day to see how everything was going! Thank you so much! More

I asked him to help me get a good deal since I had no one to help me and I had never bought a car on my own, He acted like I was family and had me drive out with all most new car. He made sure I had low financing.Now its been 15 years and they are still honest and do great work on my car. The shuttle service is wonderful making sure you get a ride home and back.They are so supportive and totally there for me.I am impressed how they make anyone who comes in for service so personal and that they really care, I give Beaverton Toyota a 5 stars! This service took much longer than expected! I have been taking my car to Beaverton Toyota for 5 years. Normally they are prompt and have my service completed well before their estimated time. I have been taking my car to Beaverton Toyota for 5 years. Normally they are prompt and have my service completed well before their estimated time. This time, I was told it would take an hour to complete an oil change/service and to check the battery. At this time, I asked that the battery NOT be replaced, only checked, and notes were made in the computer to that effect. I have the extended Toyota care for the car and every time I'm there, the computer doesn't show that, so they try to charge me for the oil change and we have to waste several minutes getting that sorted out. 90 min after my car was taken to be serviced, I asked somebody to locate my car and give me an update since I had heard nothing. At this time I found that several filters had been replaced and that the mechanic was about the replace the battery, despite my instructions otherwise. We were able to fix this little mix up, but it was still a 2 hour visit for simple maintenance. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, but this was not a good example of time management. More
