Jessica strikes a good balance between professional and personal and felt very genuine and sincerely helpful. We live in Southern Oregon and hadn't seen the dealership, but when we arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised with it's size, beauty, cleanliness and surprising peacefulness even though it was a beautiful and busy Saturday. It reminded us of a Lexus dealership in California that is top rated for it's customer service. We will definitely recommend Jessica and Beaverton Toyota! More

Right from the very first interaction with Jeff, we were put at ease. We were looking for something very specific and Jeff did not try to pressure us into anything else. We went right to the lot and found the car in which we were interested, took it for a test drive, and had a nice opportunity to learn more about the car. The price that was advertised for the car is the price we paid--period! There were no hidden fees, no pressure to add costs. Our salesman was committed to making sure that we were happy with our purchase; he even went above and beyond to drop off some floor mats for us because we couldn't get them on the day of purchase.
