One word: HONEST The vehicle that I had wanted was in great demand and was told off the bat that it would be a while to get the specific one I wanted. My sales person did all he could to find one sooner but the only option was to have one ordered from the factory directly. He helped me choose my options and placed my order promptly. He had also conducted an appraisal on my trade-in and gave me an estimated value which I was comfortable with verbally accepting. I waited about a month for the truck to arrive and it was more beautiful in person! My sales man kept his word on the value on my trade-in and the entire transaction went more smoothly than I thought could be possible. I appreciate the honest deal and the great customer service. More

Had to Return Twice After Routine Service We took our car in for routine service on Thursday, November 12. On Saturday, we noticed a "check engine" warning light on the dash. We took the car We took our car in for routine service on Thursday, November 12. On Saturday, we noticed a "check engine" warning light on the dash. We took the car in immediately, but the people we spoke to said we should return on Monday morning and have our original Service Advisor, Andrew Blaine, handle it. We were frustrated with this, but agreed to do it. The service department did not look busy at Andrew was very friendly and helpful on Thursday, but he seemed distant and distracted on Monday. He said he would have the car checked immediately and would let us know what the problem was. We sat for an hour and hadn't heard from him. When I went to him and asked for a status update he said he would check. 10 minutes later, I had to check with him again. This time he said the problem was just a loose vacuum hose that had now been reconnected and that the car was now parked out front ready to go. We had the distinct impression that the car had probably been ready to go for a long time. Either there was a lack of communication between the Service Department and the Service Advisor or Andrew had just forgotten about us. He offered no explanation for the delay, Also, we still think that someone else could have taken care of this problem for us on Saturday, when the Service Department didn't appear to be very busy. Overall, we have been happy with Beaverton Toyota for many years, but this was not a pleasant experience. More
