After some searching, I found this beautiful blue 2014 Rav4 that was speaking to me. I was a bit apprehensive about going to the dealer since it was my first time actually buying my own car, but Vicente made it go so smoothly! He applied absolutely no pressure to buy (which I was very grateful for the first time we visited to only test drive the Rav4) and even though the paperwork took a little longer than originally stated (It was the last Saturday of the month - all is forgiven!) I very happily drove off in my 2014 Rav4. I am also extremely grateful for the fact that Vicente took more time to go over the features of the car, which they normally never do for used sales. Having never owned a Toyota before, I didn't know what all the little buttons do or what they are for but Vicente was extremely kind and showed me more about the vehicle simply because he knew I was new to the brand. That is going well beyond what was expected of him and I am very glad for it. More

As my car developed problems, I started to dread buying a car by myself -- haggling for price, being pressured I lost my husband to cancer last year. As my car developed problems, I started to dread buying a car by myself -- haggling for price, being pressured by the salesperson, having an even higher-pressure person called in at the last moment. I wanted a used Prius and worried about getting a badly treated one. I expressed all this to my repair team manager (Brian), who knew that my husband had recently passed away. He walked me over to sales and found Tony for me. Tony was kind and gave me plenty of time to think. He didn't try to change my mind about anything and gave me advice about which cars to look at within the parameters I had set. While we were filling out the paperwork, he noticed and got corrected a discrepency that might have caused trouble at the DMV. He was both knowledgeable and kind. I ended up feeling the same way my husband always had: that Beaverton Toyota is a good place to buy a car and have it serviced. I will recommend Tony and Brian to all my friends as good and caring people. More
