But I wasn't so happy with my last buying experience, so I looked for a different dealership. I saw online that Beaverton Toyota was rated highly and decided to give them my business. I wasn't disappointed: the inventory was large, it was clean, my salesperson Kevin was very kind and knowledgeable and we "hit it off" just fine, and the atmosphere in the showroom was relaxed. I got what I wanted: a white Scion iM without a hassle and without feeling I got a bad deal. I like the one-price experience. And I love the car. More

Above & Beyond Several months ago my car battery died right as I tried to run my teens to their activities. It was already past 5p and I was waiting for a tow truck Several months ago my car battery died right as I tried to run my teens to their activities. It was already past 5p and I was waiting for a tow truck to get me to the dealership. When I called the service department I was told that they closed in an hour. At that point, I asked to speak to the service manager and asked if they would please stay until I could get there. Mr. Shumacher not only agreed to stay until I could get there but also made sure to pull a battery before they closed. It took awhile to get there but when I did Mr. Shumacher had the technician verify that the battery was indeed the problem and had it installed. As a single parent with only one vehicle I was very appreciative that he went above and beyond in helping me get back on the road. His humanitarian spirit and kindness made my day. Thank you!!! More
