I was graciously greeted by Celso Olivas, and right from the beginning, and even as of today, he has treated me with such great professionalism and respect, but what was a real pleasure was Celso’s outstanding personality. Celso is very easy going, friendly and has a great sense of humor. The overall car buying experience with Celso was phenomenal. Celso is extremely knowledgeable with Toyotas, and his attention to detail and patience is remarkable, to say the least. After seeking other estimates from other local Toyota dealers, Celso was able to compete with their prices and offer a price I could not refuse. When we checked in at 1 1/2 hours our car had been done sitting waiting to get picked up but no body had come to get us since the service representative was at lunch. I had also asked for them to vacuum the back seat which they put in the note they completed however, dog hair still covered the back seat. More

Very Frustrating I had a service appointment for an oil change and specifically asked that my one year warranty inspection be done, which I was assured that it would b I had a service appointment for an oil change and specifically asked that my one year warranty inspection be done, which I was assured that it would be. When my service was finished I double checked with the adviser that the inspection had been done, again I was assured that it had been. When I got home, I checked with a friend who had the same inspection done a couple of months ago. My inspection had not been done. I immediately called the dealer and asked for the service department manager. I left a message on Thursday afternoon and by Monday still had not heard back. I was finally able to reach the manager on Tuesday and his response to the situation was, "I'm sorry". He scheduled a time for me to come back the following day, which required another two hours out of my day. The only response I received from the service department was that they were very sorry for the inconvenience. I found this experience very frustrating. I had specifically noted on my appointment request that the inspection be done and asked several more times when I checked in at the service department when I dropped my car off. I know they apologized, but that was the only compensation that was offered. I felt that my time was not respected and that they saw it as no big deal. More
