Erin, as stated in my Facebook & Yelp replies I can understand your disappointment in trying to secure a vehicle during these challenging inventory times. We are doing our best to manage low inventory levels and that requires frequent and almost perfect communication as Status' change. I understand we made a mistake and sold the vehicle you were interested in. However, I know Management jumped in right away to do their best to resolve the situation and even found an identical one for you just arriving a week later. I appreciate the apology. I would suggest that your team be honest with customers. My husband and I both feel that the communication was extremely deceitful, as we were lead to believe that we were the only ones being considered for this specific vehicle. I was in communication with your sales consultant every day. When we were initially told about the error, we were advised that our only option was to accept something that did not have the options we were interested in. I acknowledge that later that day we were given information about a comparable vehicle, however, by that time, we had already located the exact vehicle we had been looking for and placed a deposit with another local dealership to hold it. I honestly would not feel comfortable working with a company that I do not trust.
