Messed up My problem was that my sticker said to change my oil in 3000 miles. But when i went 3000 miles my maintenance light did not turn on as it should of. My problem was that my sticker said to change my oil in 3000 miles. But when i went 3000 miles my maintenance light did not turn on as it should of. I thought that i change my oil every 5000 miles so i waited till it got to 5000 miles and the light turned on. This never got clarified with me as to why this happened and to what milage i am suppose to take my car in at. Is it 3000 or 5000? This was my issue this time. More

I have worked with him many times. He lets me know upfront what is needed and I have never felt like he was trying to pull one over on me. Rob is great! I also have been test driving a Sienna with Chase. We purchased our Tacoma with him in July. He always does what he says he will do, is a clear communicator and transparent. If you buy a Toyota, call Chase. He is awesome. More

Whe I've been with Beaverton Toyota Scion for a few years now. I love their great customer service they always help me with any car issue I may have. When I used to go in for maintenance on my last Toyota, Joel, was always so helpful and even when I didn't have much time he would find a way to speed up the process so I wouldn't miss my next alpointment. Last week I went in to look for a new car, Dan Perez, went above and beyond showing me many different styles within my budget and I left 3 hours later with a brand new Camry that I absolutely love. I know I can count on their great service, the people that work here really look like they enjoy their job. Having Beaverton Toyota Scion only a mile away from my house is so convenient and they have so much to offer! More

A First Class Operation I have found this service center to be very professionally and efficiently run. I like very much that I am able to schedule my appointments with the I have found this service center to be very professionally and efficiently run. I like very much that I am able to schedule my appointments with the same Team Leader so that we are familiar with each other and he is familiar with my vehicle. In 11 years, I have never had an unexpected failure with my car, which speaks very highly of Toyota and this service center. Consequently, I do not know how responsive your team is in the event of an unexpected problem, etc. I love how quiet and comfortable your waiting area is, and I even took forward to spending time there. Plus, the coffee is very good now. (There was a time when it was very bad!) I truly appreciate the free carwash you offer after service. I honestly cannot imagine a finer operation! More
Best service ever!!!!!!!!! Great employees My boyfriend and I had the best experience with Beaverton Toyota. We were getting our first car and we were worried that the salesperson would rip us My boyfriend and I had the best experience with Beaverton Toyota. We were getting our first car and we were worried that the salesperson would rip us off. However he did not. We rode the bus to the dealership and it took us an hour to get there from where we live. We got to Beaverton Toyota at exactly 8:50pm and the dealership closes at 9pm. The doors were locked and I was bummed because I really wanted to check the car out, but luckily a man named Ron Chirrick (salesperson or manager) opened the door for us and asked us if we needed help with anything. I briefly explained that my boyfriend and I were interested in purchasing a car. I really thought that ten minutes would be enough to fill in paperwork and see the car. My boyfriend and I were both inexperienced with dealerships so we had no idea it would be a long process. I've had my eye on the 2012 Chevrolet Equinox LT for quite a while so I already knew what car I wanted. We ended up test driving two cars that night. Anyways, we had some issues with the application but Ron and his boss James Harding helped us out a lot that night. Thank goodness for Mr. James Harding because we had problems with getting financed. Luckily for him, we were able to get through it! We ended up staying at the dealership until around 11 something at night. We didn't have car insurance so we couldn't take the car home that night. We did make a downpayment and all we had to do was get the insurance and turn in a few paperworks the next day. There were no busses that ran at that time and Ron was very nice to offer us a ride home. We were so excited that we were able to actually get a car! The next day, we went to Beaverton Toyota and picked up our car! It was so exciting! The car had low miles which was awesome and it was basically new. I'm in love with it. I had a great experience with Beaverton Toyota and so did my boyfriend. We honestly thought that we wouldn't get the attention and help we needed because of the time and all. It was totally worth that long bus ride. Now we no longer take the bus which is awesome. So glad to have had Ron and James at Beaverton Toyota that night! Oh and our monthly payments aren't bad. It's a good price for us, especially for an SUV. The actual price for the car was an excellent deal, but with the other add ons and interests, it was an overall good deal. More
