Unprofessional Dealership This was the most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with over the last ten years. This dealership ranks right up there with Kirkland Toyota known This was the most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with over the last ten years. This dealership ranks right up there with Kirkland Toyota known for it's shady business practices that should be reported to the Washington Attorney General. Knowing that their "no hassle" business practice is absolutely ridiculous. Only a true idiot pays sticker price for a car. Still I was able to negotiate a price down $700 of the price of the vehicle where it was finally in range of fair market value. Beaverton Toyota failed to fix a serpentine belt, a $54 dollar part. Instead of saving face and fixing the belt to ensure great customer service I was forced to repair it myself. To add insult to injury they sent the license plates to the wrong address and waited to the end of the month and then contacted me saying they screwed up and were demanding more money after I had already signed the contract and purchase agreement I will ensure I let all of my friends, family, co-workers all know to steer clear from Beaverton Toyota. I may have gotten a good deal, but the experience here was completely unprofessional. More

One manager check in to secure the financing. From initial greet to test drive (so knowledgable about the car) to appraisal for the trade in to options selections to financing, Kyle was awesome! Loved that he even cleaned a part of the car for me! My husband and I joked that I'd need liquid courage to survive this car buying process before I arrived, and we couldn't have been farther from the truth! It was fabulous and I'd recommend anyone to this dealership anytime. Bravo! More

I was not surprised to find quality people and service at my visit, but it was a pleasant surprise to be in and out of there so quickly! I look forward to future visits to my Beaverton Toyota dealership. More

During the course of my visit I found out that the dealership that I got my old car from, gave me an awful deal where I paid way too much. Pierceon at Toyota never stopped working with me and seemed to sincerely care about what was right for me. He got me the car I wanted at a fair price and made me a customer for life. More

Correcting a previous service I went in a month ago to see why my key was not locking/unlocking the doors and trunk. First appointment a month ago was to re-program key because it had plenty of operating battery. Three weeks later the key went dead....... again. I called into state my re-occurring issue and the customer service who answered could not find the re-programing service I had on 9/28. I wanted to leave a message for Patrice but she was hesitant and insisted I make an appointment.... so, I did (she was not on top of serving me as a customer). Uneasy that she did not give Patrice my message I called later that afternoon and not to my surprise Patrice did not receive my message but was happy to accommodate me in any way. This last visit was not to mess with re-programing, they got me a new key and considered the first defective. Promptly taken care of.............. thank you Patrice for caring!! More

However, no call to confirm my appointment was ever made. I have been having trouble with my GPS/interface and was told the wait would be close to 3 hours if I wanted them to even look at that too. Even though it is a common issue I'm told, and the symptoms are reflective of a defunct system, I'm required to wait for 3 hours to get that confirmed. It would make much more sense, especially from a customer standpoint, to simply replace the unit. My experiences have been undoubtedly frustrating up to this point. More
