Lube/oil change visit I had the oil changed and tires rotated. Professional service, but after a day some warning lights came on, which, I suspected, were related to the o I had the oil changed and tires rotated. Had to take the car back, wait two hours, to find out that it was, indeed, their fault. No charge, but also no compensation offered for my wasted time, not even a complimentary oil change in the future. More

The salesperson Jessica London was not only friendly but made me feel like we had been friends for along time. she took me right to the vehicle I requested over the phone. Make, Model and color. There was never a hint about upgrades or add ons. I never once had to say, "NO" . Within minutes we sat down and she assisted me in filling out the proper paper work. She even got me the payment I wanted and not a single penny more. Before I knew it, I was driving home in my brand new, hassle free vehicle. Truly Awesome! Messed up My problem was that my sticker said to change my oil in 3000 miles. But when i went 3000 miles my maintenance light did not turn on as it should of. My problem was that my sticker said to change my oil in 3000 miles. But when i went 3000 miles my maintenance light did not turn on as it should of. I thought that i change my oil every 5000 miles so i waited till it got to 5000 miles and the light turned on. This never got clarified with me as to why this happened and to what milage i am suppose to take my car in at. Is it 3000 or 5000? This was my issue this time. More
