One manager check in to secure the financing. From initial greet to test drive (so knowledgable about the car) to appraisal for the trade in to options selections to financing, Kyle was awesome! Loved that he even cleaned a part of the car for me! My husband and I joked that I'd need liquid courage to survive this car buying process before I arrived, and we couldn't have been farther from the truth! It was fabulous and I'd recommend anyone to this dealership anytime. Bravo! More

I was not surprised to find quality people and service at my visit, but it was a pleasant surprise to be in and out of there so quickly! Correcting a previous service I went in a month ago to see why my key was not locking/unlocking the doors and trunk. First appointment a month ago was to re-program key because it I went in a month ago to see why my key was not locking/unlocking the doors and trunk. First appointment a month ago was to re-program key because it had plenty of operating battery. Three weeks later the key went dead....... again. I called into state my re-occurring issue and the customer service who answered could not find the re-programing service I had on 9/28. I wanted to leave a message for Patrice but she was hesitant and insisted I make an appointment.... so, I did (she was not on top of serving me as a customer). Uneasy that she did not give Patrice my message I called later that afternoon and not to my surprise Patrice did not receive my message but was happy to accommodate me in any way. This last visit was not to mess with re-programing, they got me a new key and considered the first defective. Promptly taken care of.............. thank you Patrice for caring!! More

However, no call to confirm my appointment was ever made. I have been having trouble with my GPS/interface and was told the wait would be close to 3 hours if I wanted them to even look at that too. Even though it is a common issue I'm told, and the symptoms are reflective of a defunct system, I'm required to wait for 3 hours to get that confirmed. It would make much more sense, especially from a customer standpoint, to simply replace the unit. My experiences have been undoubtedly frustrating up to this point. More

Dan went over the cars that I had shortlisted (from the website, which is excellent), and then we went for a test drive. There is no bargaining on the price unlike at other dealers, especially because they have some of the most competitive prices in the market (at least it was so in my case). He was very helpful in explaining all the features of the car, and later went through all the paperwork with me with a lot of patience. And then, before it all got over, the car was all gleaming and ready right outside his office where we were sitting. If you want to buy a Toyota, I would highly recommend this dealership, and Dan Perez. More

I was a My entire experience with Beaverton Toyota has been flawless! When I arrived on the lot there were many sales people near the main building. I was a first time buyer and I was expecting to be clobbered and then smooth talked into a deal. My dad is a mechanic and I was planning to meet him there to help and to "approve" of any car I was interested in. I had a short list of cars I wanted to see--pre-owned. I walked around the entire lot before deciding to ask for help. Peter had walked toward me, but I could tell he was giving me space. I approached him about the Mazda 3 hatchback I had seen online. He had not seen the car so he offered to locate it by stock number. We went inside and he confirmed that the car was still being prepped on another lot. He offered to drive us there. When we brought the Mazda back to the main lot my dad had arrived, and so we began a long day of deliberation. It was the exact make and features I had my eye on for months. I was trying not to be swept up in anything. I test drove it, my dad test drove it. We looked at every inch of the car. Peter was patient and very knowledgeable about the specifics of the car and the reputation of the brand. We went in to talk payments. I was clear that I was not ready to commit yet. He explained the extras they offer and showed me different scenarios. As we talked it over we were offered free refreshments from the cafe--I was so grateful, we had been there for about 4 hours! I was very impressed by everything, but I felt unsure about committing to the first (and only) car I saw. Peter wanted me to be sure and happy about my decision. There was another car at another dealer close by that I wanted to see. We were able to test drive the Mazda to the other dealer, Peter's idea to ensure he could "hold" the car for us! What service! I ended up driving right back and finishing the paperwork on my new Mazda. There was even mini-golf to occupy my party while I signed. It was fast and easy and they even sent in my loan paperwork to OnPoint, and my DMV registration. Every detail was meticulous. They even replaced the battery in the FOB. I drove away ecstatic! I had to make an appointment to return for some trim to be fixed--I bought the car before it was finished being prepped. I came to the service center the following Wednesday. Joel made sure the trim was fixed properly, and ordered an additional piece to put on at another appointment. I even got a new battery when the car died in the service center as I was dropping it off! I was shuttled to and from work that day. The whole process was simple and did not disrupt my work schedule. I will be back again for more work at the service center. And definitely the next time I need to buy a car! It was a fantastic, no pressure, excellent customer service experience. I am recommending Peter to everyone and anyone I know. Thank you Peter! More
