Less than stellar I recently had some service performed on my 2012 Prius. I was told that the work should take about 2 hours so I left to do some shopping. I returned I recently had some service performed on my 2012 Prius. I was told that the work should take about 2 hours so I left to do some shopping. I returned after two hours and was told that it was going to take about 30 to 60 more minutes to finish the work due to some issue with resetting one of the computers. I was fine with that and understood the problem. I went to the waiting area expecting to be called when the work was completed. After 40 minutes I decided to check with the service advisor as to whether my car was ready. I found that the car was complete, the service advisor had left for lunch and no one notified me that my car was done. As I say, less than stellar. More

Because of Kevin I saw Kevin almost 2 months ago. I told him I wanted to change my loan for my Corolla because my credit score had change over time. He suggested tha I saw Kevin almost 2 months ago. I told him I wanted to change my loan for my Corolla because my credit score had change over time. He suggested that I could lease a new car and that the payment would be about the same for a new car. My client is the owner of Wilsonville Toyota and I was thinking about purchasing there, however, it is over 30 miles from where I live so this location was better for me. After two months I was able to see the silver Rav4 and take a drive in it. Kevin explained the lease and with the lease, I am still able to have the service maintenance program with a new car and a lessor payment. After two years, I will see if it is the car I want to purchase. If Kevin would have been pushy and insistent, I would have bolted because I have to make decisions slowly by myself. Because he seemed truly honest and kind, not a money grabbing type, I felt good about going forward with leasing the Rav 4...but it was truly Kevin that made me decide. I would tell others to go see him. Everyone should have product knowledge, but he walked me through everything and made me feel welcome to call him if I had questions about anything. Some people may intimidate by making you feel like an idiot for asking but his assurance, I felt grateful he helped me lower my payment and get a new car.... More

Great Service I drove to Beaverton Toyota without an appointment and a car that just had its 5 month old Toyota battery jumped from a completely dead state by AAA. I drove to Beaverton Toyota without an appointment and a car that just had its 5 month old Toyota battery jumped from a completely dead state by AAA. The service advisor, Dustin, took my car right away and was able to determine that the battery was faulty and he and his crew put a brand new battery in and sent me happily on my way, with minimal wait. Thank you, Toyota, for confirming the reason we own 2 Toyotas......great service and amazing reliability! More
