The service advisor, Dustin, took my car right away and was able to determine that the battery was faulty and he and his crew put a brand new battery in and sent me happily on my way, with minimal wait. Thank you, Toyota, for confirming the reason we own 2 Toyotas......great service and amazing reliability! More

Quality work, done on time, right on estimate Service on my vehicle was completed ahead of the estimated completion time and within a few dollars of the original estimated cost. Being able to drop Service on my vehicle was completed ahead of the estimated completion time and within a few dollars of the original estimated cost. Being able to drop the vehicle off early and arrange for late pick-up is also quite convenient for my busy schedule. (I've used the Service Department at BT for over 20 years and keep going back because of their consistently high-quality work and very fair pricing.) More

Great Deal! The day we went to the lot, we had only planned on doing research on a car. We knew we wanted a used car that wasn't that old. We wanted to know more The day we went to the lot, we had only planned on doing research on a car. We knew we wanted a used car that wasn't that old. We wanted to know more about Toyota Prius, but were open to other ideas. When went started looking nothing really matched what we had in mind. We kind of already knew that the Prius was the car for us. The representative working with us named Ahree, was awesome and showed us a car that had just arrived on the lot. It was about to go into the body shop which was closed until Monday. So next thing we know we're test driving the car. It was much nicer than our 2000 Ford torus that just blew a head gasket with the other right behind it, plus lots of other work to be done. The Prius we drove is a 2008 and a special edition called Touring. It has Bluetooth, navigation, back up camera, digital audio and climate controls that can all be controlled by the steering wheel. The car also had relatively new tires, and cover for the hatch back to hide items in the trunk. (Again this is way nicer than anything we'd owned before). After much debate we decided we needed time to think about it. The car had several dings, and some scrapes, and the weather proofing strip on the back passenger side door was stripping off. Ahree scheduled an appointment for us to revisit the car. (In this way the car is kind of reserved until after the appointment.) She reassured us that if we got the car we would get the dents popped out and scrapes painted in. We came back the next day and she found us a low finance rate, and we signed papers. We couldn't go home with the car that night due to the repairs to be made. On Tuesday I got a call saying it was going to take a little longer and that the repair man was actually going to sand down one large scrape in the back and repaint. It looks fabulous. We picked up the car the following Friday for final papers, received an even lower interest rate, and got the keys. Now two weeks later we're still in love with our car. Still adjusting to the Hybrid factor. We are averaging 45 mpg which is perfect for us commuting to and from work. The best part of the whole thing, is that when we signed final papers there was another couple who was also looking at a Toyota Prius, and purchased one the same year, same mileage, not the same edition, and paid the same amount as us. If we had decided not to get the car until it was fixed up the value would have went up and our cost would have gone up too. We lucked out with a wonderful deal and representative. If you go to the dealership please ask for Ahree, she's fast, gets things done, she's honest, and she gives you the best possible deal. More
