Very good experience! I just bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla from here! This was my first car that I purchased myself so I had no experience in car buying. I visited roughly 1 I just bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla from here! This was my first car that I purchased myself so I had no experience in car buying. I visited roughly 10 dealerships before settling at Beaverton Toyota and they were by far the best dealership. My first time there I was helped by Jessica London and right off the bat, I knew I wanted to work with her. She made funny jokes and was very laid back. Rather than pushing me to buy and bombarding me with questions about how I was going to finance, or basic personal questions, she let me do my own thing when first looking at the car which was very nice. There is nothing more annoying than sales people asking you millions of questions as you're trying to look at the car and ask questions of your own. After looking at the car, I went home and thought about it for a week. A week later, I came back to look at the same car, different color. I had an appointment with someone else because Jessica wasn't working. I overheard the employee over the phone offering to stay later than expected to be able to meet with me. This made me happy and only validated the fact that customers come first at this dealership. But when I got there, she was no where to be found. The receptionist kept telling me they were calling her, several people "walked to the back to get her" and never returned. 20 minutes later they were saying she went to go get gas for the car and that they "just saw her". But isn't it extremely unprofessional to not tell the customer that as I am waiting? If you "just saw her", shouldn't she have came out to greet me before getting gas? It shouldn't take 20 minutes to locate a sales person for a customer and I couldn't help but felt as if I was lied to. I kept asking to see the car with someone else and the receptionist never gave me a straight answer. She would say, "I don't know where the car is. Let me find someone for you." But always came back with someone who just went to "go get" this sales lady I had an appointment with. I left very upset. Despite all of this, I wanted the car from the dealership.The next day I wanted to go back and look at the car and got paired up with George Lyons. He was more helpful, funny and nice than expected. After the experience the day before I had low expectations. But George was very patient with me, answered all my questions for me and even assisted me in the first steps of sealing the deal. The next day I came back to finalize and pick up the car from Jessica. Thanks to Jessica and George, I had the best first car buying experience. They were both understanding of my young age and was very patient with me as I asked many clarifying questions. I thank them both for such an experience and commend them for doing their jobs perfectly. No other sales people rubbed off such good impressions on me. Jessica even offered for me to call her with any problems I may have, to ensure that my experience with them extends past just buying the car. Overall, the dealership is easy to work with. They don't negotiate prices, which may seem unfortunate. But if you truly do the research their prices are fair with their competitors and the quality of their cars are nice, especially given that they are certified. I liked that they have you fill out a credit application and they send that out to banks to see what rates you are offered and make a deal based on the best rate that comes back. It saves you some work so you don't have to do that yourself. They have a nice lounging area with a cafe while you wait. But really, the paperwork is easy and doesn't take too long. Beaverton Toyota is a wonderful dealership and to ensure a good experience, I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to set appointments up with Jessica London or George Lyons. *The only reason why I rated this 4-stars was because one, mats don't go with the car with was a bummer. But more than anything, because of the day I was neglected when I went back. With such good employees like Jessica and George, it's unsettling to experience people of poor customer service when your expectations are set so high. More

Great, clean, friendly place with a great selection of used cars (and new). More
