Ok, I came to this dealership, first time, with low expectation due to my previous new car buying experience with local dealerships, just a fair credi Ok, I came to this dealership, first time, with low expectation due to my previous new car buying experience with local dealerships, just a fair credit and no down payment. We are a one car family for several years now but times change and we needed a second car for me to be able to START work. So, with odds stacked up against me, and only a job offer letter to show, I really have nothing to lose by applying for financing on a used car to stay within budget. Within an an hour, I was approved and was able to get into a low mileage hybrid that I was shopping for. Pierceon was on top of everything and guided as through the whole process...and beyond. The following day, I found out that one of the standard equipment was missing from the car. After several text messages and phone calls with Pierceon, I received the missing component at no cost a few days later. Now that's what I call taking care of your customers! Thanks Beaverton Toyota Scion...you guys rock!!! More

Preventive care goes a long ways. I've routinely gone to Toyota of Beaverton for my service check ups and my car has run fine since I bought it.
