Routine maintenance I recently went in for my routine maintenance and as usual the service department did a really nice job with the oil change and the free car wash was I recently went in for my routine maintenance and as usual the service department did a really nice job with the oil change and the free car wash was great as well. The only issue I have with the service was that I pointed out paint cracking on the tonneau cover that I bought from Toyota and they informed me that the paint only has a 36 month warranty ( I have had the Truck for 39 months). This paint is very obviously defective because there are crack lines all across the the back of the cover. The service technician attempted to tell me that those same cracks are also on the underneath indicating to them that I may have closed the lid over an overfilled truck bed causing stress and the cracks. Knowing that I have never done that before in owning this truck I inspected it myself. What I found was that there were no cracks underneath and in fact the underneath looked as new as the day I bought it. I felt really mislead by the service person and I am not sure why. I would think it is in the best interest of Beaverton Toyota to advocate on behalf of the car buyer/owner to insure future satisfaction. This seems like a very clear defect in the paint and I do believe Toyota should replace this tonneau cover at no cost to me. Sincerely Brian Bevens More

Flawless...As seen on TV! As I got out of my soon to be trade-in I noticed that there were no gawking sales associates hovering near the doors, no pressure and no awkward chanc As I got out of my soon to be trade-in I noticed that there were no gawking sales associates hovering near the doors, no pressure and no awkward chance encounters in the parking lot. I proceeded to the front doors of the sales department, where one bright, charming and welcoming sales associate (Ahree Smith) greeted me, welcomed me to Beaverton Toyota and asked if I needed any assistance. There was no pressure involved and she politely let me set the pace. I let her know that I was there to test drive a Highlander hybrid and that I wanted to know how much they would be willing to give me for my trade-in. Ahree let me know that Beaverton Toyota had started a new sales program so that should I choose to purchase a vehicle with them, that I would deal with her alone and that Beaverton Toyota would have the purchasing agreements completed and I would be out the door in an hour. She got the ball rolling on the trade-in while we went for a test drive in the Highlander. The test drive was great and she never gave me a sales pitch and made sure to answer all my questions. I decided to purchase the Highlander hybrid from Ahree since she was an exceptional sales associate in every way. My experience was so flawless that I would compare it, literally to a Beaverton Toyota commercial. More

If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would look it up. Celso didn't just rely on the Toyota website, but would do his own internet search when the answer was hard to find. He was personable and seemed to enjoy his job. Celso went on multiple test drives over a number of weeks without losing interest. The purchase was painless and he even helped me set the radio to my station before I drove my new car off the lot. He responded to emails and phone calls during the month I took to decide on a car and also followed through on communication after the purchase was complete. More
