I told him what I wanted and he worked very hard to get me into the vehicle of my dreams. He took a lot of time answering all of my questions, he sat with me in the vehicle for quite some time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated that. I had visited three other Toyota dealerships prior to Beaverton and ended up walking out for varios reasons. I decided I would try Beaverton Toyota and I'm so glad I did!! Service good, but at a cost. Service was good, but due to backups, took longer than planned. Used to have the car washed, now you get a coupon, but due to the longer service and c Service was good, but due to backups, took longer than planned. Used to have the car washed, now you get a coupon, but due to the longer service and car wash backup, it did not happen. Also, the cost for the oil change was high at nearly $60. I can get premium oil change (synthetic) for my Tahoe done across the street at Carr for $39. More

Totally surprised when we arrived, as there is a covered reception area and someone comes out to greet you. I had my young son with me, so I was concerned that the appointment would take a long time. The service center has a great waiting area and cafe, and most importantly, a place for kids to hang out. Definitely worth a repeat visit for service. More

He made sure I was happy with it, and allowed me to also talk privately with my family about my decision so I didn't feel pressured. He made my first car purchase an easy one and I'm so happy with the car I came home with! I would be happy to buy a future car here, or recommend a family member or friend to buy one here as well! Try customer service I came in for an oil change on Wednesday. Your service staff did not reset my needs maintenance indicator. When I called to be walked through how to reset the system I was told that she didn't know how to do it and I would have to either come in or find it online. She should have put me on hold and got someone that could help me and not recommend I waste my time to come in or go online. This is the 3rd time your dealership has messed up. From the very beginning your dealership has had bad service. I don't recommend people go there. I only go there because I bought my service plan. More
