Well cared for I took my Camry in for a routine service and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. When I arrived home I discovered that one of my wheel cove I took my Camry in for a routine service and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. When I arrived home I discovered that one of my wheel covers was missing. Upon returning to the service center I talked with my service rep and he immediately found a new set of wheel covers for all 4 wheels since he couldn't match the ones that were on the car. Amazing customer service I've been a customer @ Beaverton Toyota for years. I bought my 2007 Camry here and got a life time oil change plan. Every time I've gone in the custom I've been a customer @ Beaverton Toyota for years. I bought my 2007 Camry here and got a life time oil change plan. Every time I've gone in the customer services has been amazing! This past weekend Nick in Services was a huge help! My oil was low and I couldn't leave my sleeping toddler in the car so I asked him if he could see how much the motor oil is and if there's any way he could go inside to give the cashier my money. He was so nice! Brought back the reciept and change and helped me pour the oil into the car. I was then able to go on my 5 hour trip without having to worry about my oil. Thanks Nick! More

While writing up the service I asked about replacement wheels and tires for my daughter's older Camry. He told me of the tire sale which was to start the following day, and he also did some research and found wheels and hubcaps that were recently taken off a new Camry, which she could purchase at a very significant discount. They are now installed and her father is very pleased she is driving safely at an affordable price for a college student. Cory is very enjoyable to work with. He has a "customer advocate" approach and does not try to pressure you into anything. After both services he escorted us to the cashier and explained the invoice, then waited to escort us the our vehicle. He is very professional, yet in a very friendly and casual way. More
