Grueling oil change I arrived on time for my oil change and had to stand in the drive through for a long time while the service woman had trouble finding my appointment, I arrived on time for my oil change and had to stand in the drive through for a long time while the service woman had trouble finding my appointment, and then had to go ask for help, while i was told to stay with my car. The lady that moved the car was nice.. I would think that a lic. # should have brought all of the info up right away. The appointment had been made many days prior, so there was time for shop people to know that that vehicle was coming. I had to listen to the coffee guy talk to the lady that was working with him. The discussion (one sided) was about politics but she never got to say much. I have loved our Prius. over 200000 miles Our next car will be a plug in and there is allot to chose from in the market place. Rick Jones More

Service center lied about me needing new tires. I got what I came for during this service, for the most part. Lifetime oil change. It was done fairly quickly, so I'll give credit for that. However, after multi-point inspection, I was told that my prius's tires were dangerously worn and I needed to purchase new ones. Which I found odd, because I bought new tires literally 6 months ago and they only had about *3k* miles on them. I've been driving this car for 3 years and only just recently bought new tires. The conversation went like this: "That's odd, I just bought new tires." "Well, you have a prius, they go through tires really quick. Where did you buy yours?" "Les Schwab..." "Next time you might want to get higher quality ones, you can get them here for cheaper. We actually have some on sale here right now." "Oooookay. Thanks." The review sheet he handed me showed that two tires needed replacing "right away", and that two were in the yellow zone. I later checked my treads myself and saw absolutely nothing wrong with them. They didn't look low at all. I gave the service advisor the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he saw something I didn't. So I took my car to Les Schwab to get a second opinion, and they found absolutely nothing wrong with the tires. They even seemed to think it was unusual that I'd ask. I am truly disgusted that a place that prides itself on professionalism would lie, and so blatantly. I'm never going to see Dennis again, and hope he faces repercussions. More

I didn’t have an appointment but was in the area so decided to see if they could fit m I visited Beaverton Toyota for the 10k service on my new Camry. I didn’t have an appointment but was in the area so decided to see if they could fit me in. I was greeted by John Holler who was able to work my car into their schedule. He let me know it would take a couple hours to complete since they were pretty busy and I didn’t have an appointment. I was fine with that since I had work to do and was able to use their free wifi… The car was completed sooner than promised which was great. Thanks for your hard work BT team. More
Inspection Missed Something I have had both my 2011 Camry and my 2008 Tundra serviced at Beaverton Toyota for the past two years; however, to pay for a FULL inspection and to hav I have had both my 2011 Camry and my 2008 Tundra serviced at Beaverton Toyota for the past two years; however, to pay for a FULL inspection and to have them miss the "corrosion" build up on the battery connections, to not even notify me of such a simple check was worrisome. This created a doubt within me, to wonder... what else could of been missed in the detailed inspection I paid for. I enjoy the service of Toyota because Toyota KNOWS their vehicles, but now I wonder if I am getting what I paid for at Beaverton Toyota. More
Good Work, but ..... !! Work was done as estimated, and for the stated price. No complaints - good job! But - I was told that the car would be ready at 330pm. I never left the building, and was hanging around the Customer Area. Two hours later - at 530pm - I was still waiting to be notified that my car was ready. Finally, at 545, I started looking around for my service contact. He was gone !! I had to look around for my own paperwork, found it - and then got somebody else to check on the car, and let me know that it was done, and then process the paperwork. My advisor didn't come tell me he was leaving, and did not put someone else in charge of finding me. By the time the paperwork was done and I paid I was 30m late for a 6pm dinner appointment, and had spent 2+ hours hanging around for nothing. More
