I called before my visit and was told the transmission flush was $180. When I got the bill it was $189.95. I had donated food and had a slip from the office. I was told it had been deducted. It wasn't a great amount but $20 is $20. I paid and left. I had gotten the wrong papers so went back and the the cashier made an error of $157, as I only was charged $ 14.97. I paid the extra and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I do not want to name any employees at this time. More

He answered all our questions and was funny. He knows a lot about cars and value. Thanks for keeping me company while my mom went home and brought my dad to fill out paper work. Dan Perez takes great care of you Let me start by saying that Dan is an amazing sales person. I live 3.5 hours away from this dealership and was hoping to get a great deal on a nice SU Let me start by saying that Dan is an amazing sales person. I live 3.5 hours away from this dealership and was hoping to get a great deal on a nice SUV. On 9/12/15 the wife and I went to look at an 08 Subaru Tribeca that we liked. We were super excited to go and purchase it. It had the 3rd row seat, Nav., entertainment center, etc... After driving for so long we finally got to see and test drive the Tribeca. We were disappointed!!! It did not look the way we expected it too. The detail had not been done the way we would have liked, there was a 2in. whole in the 3rd row seat, a/c was making a noise when turning it on and off, the driver side headlight was fogged up, and my biggest concern a thump noise each time you tapped on the gas pedal. We were extremely disappointed and I made sure Dan knew about it. By now, you are thinking this doesn't sound like a 5 star review... Here is where Dan the Man stepped up and made me seal the deal. Dan gave me his word that he would fix all my concerns in the following week and let me know if the Tribeca was still available. He called me almost every day with an update on the status of the SUV. Come Thursday, the 17th, I received another call from Dan. This time it was GREAT news!!! He told me he had fixed everything on Becca as we call her and she was ready to go home with us. Two days later we drove back to Beaverton; we test drove the car and found that everything was good. Except, for... my biggest concern, the thump noise on the gas pedal. Apparently, when they were trying it out the mechanics were not able to hear it. Heck, Dan didn't even hear it the first time I was there. I made sure he heard it the 2nd time we were there. So what does Dan do???? He agrees to pay for the repair at my local Subaru dealership. Now, if this doesn't convince you, I am not sure what else will. I know, maybe this next thing will. After signing all the paperwork to take Becca home, Dan adds the cherry on top of the cake. He threw in a complimentary 2 year/100,000 mile Powertrain limited warranty. For this reason, I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle at Beaverton Toyota & Scion to go see Dan Perez. He will make sure he goes out of his way, to have the customer happy. Today 9/21/15 - Dan called me to make sure my driving experience was great and that I didn't have any issues with Becca. He had the car ready for a test drive as I arrived, clean and easily accessible. His follow up was timely in every situation. He asked the right questions without being too intrusive. If this is the new breed of car salespeople, it's a pleasure to see from what I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. He seems like a genuinely nice man. In the end, I chose to look at another vendor model of used vehicle that BTS did not have in stock, but I intend on bringing in the girlfriend in to speak with Stan regarding a personal vehicle for her use. All in all, a very good job, Stan! More
Unbeatable Service My wife and I went in to purchase a new car and ended up purchasing two. The sales staff went out of their way to make sure we got what was right for us, not just what was good for the company. Excellent job! More
Above and beyond We came in at first just for our factory warranty on our spiral cable and mentioned that our Auxiliary cord came unplugged. He asked me all questions to see what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. Shortly after that, he should me many car that fit and exceeded what I expect in a vehicle. He worked with me so well and made me feel very welcome. He has made a very difficult decision very fun and he made the process of purchasing a car fun! Loved my time at Beaverton Toyota!!!! More
