Service for Tundra I had to have some fairly labor intensive, unexpected service on my Tundra. The service ended up being a bigger project than originally thought, and I had to have some fairly labor intensive, unexpected service on my Tundra. The service ended up being a bigger project than originally thought, and took longer than expected. If it weren't for Joel I would probably be giving a pretty negative review. However, he made the whole experience a lot easier to handle. Through the process Joel gave a really good description of the issues with my truck, and the service that was needed. When Joel found out the repairs were taking longer than originally quoted he contacted me and immediately set me up with a rental car. When I was able to pick up my car the cashier made a comment that he though Joel wasn't supposed to be working that day. I found out Joel had the day off, but actually came in just to ensure my car was finally going to be finished and checked out correctly. I would say Joel went above and beyond making sure I had a good experience. Even though there were issues on the actual mechanical/repair aspect of my service experience I felt like things were under control because of his excellent communication. He anticipated my questions and concerns through the process, and I feel like I can trust him. I'll be back to the dealership for service with my two Toyota's. I'll definitely be requesting to work with Joel. More

Finally a pleasant car buying experience! After selecting the type of care we wanted (Highlander) we mistakenly visited a dealership near our home. The sales team at 'the other dealership' was aggressive and disrespectful, and actually told us to go shop somewhere else... so we took our $40k across town. After a quick web search we found Beaverton Toyota and made a deal. The internet sales staff was responsive and professional. I was very open about items I wanted and those that I had no interest in (i.e. service plans). Tyler knew I wanted to get the paperwork completed in an hour and he made it happen - even came in on his day off. I don't want to buy another car soon, but if/when I do Beaverton Toyota is where I will start. More

It is a 35 minute procedure ( I have seen the procedure), , and should be about $150, with an hour and 4 quarts of WS fluid. I had it done at another Toyota dealer for $149. I would rather have had it done at BT. Thanks for great service. Mike More
