Tony Hossini was terrific -- knowledgeable, kind, smart and happy to answer all my questions, no matter how dumb they were. I'd been dreading the whole process of shopping for a car, but he made it easy. I'm delighted with the 2012 Corolla I bought, thrilled with the service I got, and looking forward to being a Beaverton Toyota customer for many years. If I'd known it was going to be this easy, I would've replaced my car sooner. I can't say enough good things about Tony and Beaverton Toyota. More

The sales team at 'the other dealership' was aggressive and disrespectful, and actually told us to go shop somewhere else... so we took our $40k across town. After a quick web search we found Beaverton Toyota and made a deal. The internet sales staff was responsive and professional. I was very open about items I wanted and those that I had no interest in (i.e. service plans). Tyler knew I wanted to get the paperwork completed in an hour and he made it happen - even came in on his day off. I don't want to buy another car soon, but if/when I do Beaverton Toyota is where I will start. More

I appreciated the lack of any upselling of revenue generators like "air system freshening", etc. One thing, Smiles, you should visit the charges for a Prius transmission fluid change. It is a 35 minute procedure ( I have seen the procedure), , and should be about $150, with an hour and 4 quarts of WS fluid. I had it done at another Toyota dealer for $149. I would rather have had it done at BT. Thanks for great service. Mike More

Chase was very accommodating in showing both as well as discussing various features through the test drives. I appreciated driving the two back-to-back. I had done my research ahead of my arrival, and so the price was at market value, and as advertised, I worked only with Chase through the transaction. Decision made, Chase handled all the paperwork and details like a pro, and had me on my way in the seat of my "new to me" car in no time. More

He was pleasant, fully explained the service and why it was performed, and took the time to show me how Beaverton Toyota tracks service on our Avalon. Because the service couldn't be completed until the next day, Dan made arrangements for a rental car at a reasonable rate. The folks at your real facility were also very helpful. The second thing I appreciated was the reduced labor cost for replacing the valve cover gaskets. Because the technician was working in the same area, I was not charged the full labor-rate for replacing the gaskets. I think this is a very positive policy. More
Continual issues We bought a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma in June. Since purchasing this truck we have had a mystery noise that cannot be diagnosed by the service team We bought a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma in June. Since purchasing this truck we have had a mystery noise that cannot be diagnosed by the service team. So far the truck has been their 6 different times. Each time they tighten something or remove something hoping that it resolves the noise. Then responsibility is placed back on us to drive it an hour away and see if it's been resolved. After removing several parts this last visit it was returned to us and once again the noise is still there and now there is a new noise. We will now have to bring our truck in for the 7th time. Having difficulty diagnosing a problem is one thing but placing the burden of determining if it's been fixed on your customer is unacceptable. More
