Now the bad news, After 6mo of driving our Highlander I sold it and bought a new truck from another dealership and there customer service SUCKS! More

It always seems harder than you'd expect, so I went prepared. I did extensive research, practiced my negotiation skills, and went in expecting a hard battle. I was completely disarmed by the professionalism and service I experienced from John Callaghan and the team supporting him. I am VERY happy with my purchase, and very happy with the experience overall. If you are fortunate enough to deal with Mr. Callaghan, kindly tell him that Thomas Jones, whom he served on 9-9-15, sent you. I am very happy with the entire set-up at Beaverton Toyota; including the extra warranties and service that added but a negligible cost. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my credit had gone up so well. Professional all the way, even at 9 pm, when we got in our car and drove away. I thought I would miss my old car; but I am certain it is in good hands, now. Great prices, great service, unbeatable and stunning. I am positive that all the sales personnel are equally exceptional, but once again, if you are fortunate enough to shop here and be served by Mr. Callaghan, tell him Thomas Jones sent ya ;) More

Impeccable Service! My 12 year old Camry started blowing blue smoke on start-up, so we took it in right away. Good thing we did - we needed seals and a gasket. In addition, the tech caught some other issues before they became too bad through the multi-point inspection. Our service advisor, Dennis Wolfe, was so helpful and friendly, but more importantly, he explained everything that was going on very clearly. The service was great, we were taken care of fast, and were able to get a loaner car while they did the work. Thanks, Toyota! More
