Oil Change, blown tire I had to get a blown tire fixed as well as get my 10K mile oil change done. After determining that my wheel rim was too bent to fix, I was told by Nic I had to get a blown tire fixed as well as get my 10K mile oil change done. After determining that my wheel rim was too bent to fix, I was told by Nick in service that I had to have the entire tire replaced. tire wasn't in stock and had to be sent that afternoon from their PDX warehouse. I received a call from Nick in the afternoon, and after realizing that the tire never arrived from the warehouse, he sent a shuttle driver out to PDX to retrieve it so that they could have my tire fixed same day, as promised. That service, combined with door-to-door shuttle service, really impressed me. More
