The acceleration beat our previous 1991 Volvo station-wagon handily. Mike was pleasant and catered to each of our concerns. For example, my wife voiced that a larger hatchback for our dog would be helpful. He used that concern to focus on the right vehicle model. Mike went above the call of duty a couple times to help us. He delivered a loaner call to my wife's workplace when we found out the service of the purchased car would be longer than expected. More

Pleasure to deal with The dealership has a very convenient location and a big clean building. Sales people are friendly and kind. In contrast to other dealerships they are neither pushy nor annoying. The overall process of buying was pretty straight forward. One of the contributing factors was that they do not leave much space for a customer to negotiate the new car price. See their explanation for "One Price" tag line. Although the new car price may not be the best in the area, they offer (at least in my case) a fair price for the trade-in car. My overall experience with Beaverton Toyota was very good. However there are few things that I think should be improved. For example "One Person" tag line means not only that you work with one person through the process, but also that no one but that person can actually help you. If your "one person" is not in the office they will refuse to help you to make any steps forward with the purchase process until that person is back. Also "One Hour" motto does not really work. The first 45 minutes they are trying to upsell extra features/services/warranties. They are sails after all, so I do not blame them for that, but it took me about 4 hours overall to get through the process. More

We called Beaverton Toyota and Nova our sales person was able to find one for us on lot, but by time we reached there it was sold. She was able to locate another one at another dealer, which was better exterior color(white) and beige interior. We left a deposit and by next day Nova called me that car is ready for me. Everything went very smooth and we drove the car back home. This is my second Toyota from the same dealer. More
