He was fun, he took the time to answer any and all my questions, no matter how minute they might have been, and he was straightforward when it came to deal time, which I really appreciated. He explained things very well and showed me all options I had available. There was never any pressure, period. My second visit, I also had the pleasure of working with Steve Jones for the delivery of my car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable showing and explaining all of the features of my new car. Swift & smiling service I went in for a regular maintenance visit thinking I needed an oil change. However, my service provider informed me that the oil change wouldn't be ne I went in for a regular maintenance visit thinking I needed an oil change. However, my service provider informed me that the oil change wouldn't be necessary for another visit so they would just give me an inspection and rotate the tires. I was told there would be an hour wait but got my car back in 45min. Overall, I was very impressed with the sincere care for my car, the friendliness of everyone I spoke with, and the swiftness of my visit. More

The man who took a look, Dennis Wolfe, spotted something that everyone else who's looked at it missed a I originally went in to have my car worked on. The man who took a look, Dennis Wolfe, spotted something that everyone else who's looked at it missed and told me my options and even helped me clean the car up before hand, in case I found a car I liked. I opted to just take a look at some of the used vehicles they have. I wasn't actually planning to buy anything, because a lot of other dealerships I've gone to have exaggerated prices and wouldn't work with me. I have no credit, so it's hard to get financed. Hasan Abdellatif managed to get me the maximum value for my old car, actually getting me $200 MORE and I traded it in for a 2008 Corolla with far less miles and I'm paying under the $250-$200 I'd been quoted at other dealerships, very affordable! There was never any pressure to buy with him, which made the experience even more satisfying. I will be returning and asking for these two men to help me any time I go in. More

The waiting room is nice, BUT now you either get a car wash or a cup of coffee free, It seems the repairs they "suggest" may be needed but the cost is prohibiting when other Toyota dealers can and do get the same job with the same parts done for over 1/3 ( thats one-third) the cost it was suggested.
