Changed oil and replaced trunk deck lid struts The service team changed the oil, rotated my tires, and also replaced the gas struts that hold the trunk open. Although I was a bit surprised that the trunk struts had started to leak, it was a repair that was covered under warranty. Andrew let me know that they were covered, and I had a coupon for the oil change, which brought the total to $69. They also vacuumed the front of my car, and gave me a free car wash coupon. Oil change and repair took about 2 hours, but I was able to work from the waiting area, which has wifi fast enough to support VNC. Thank you for servicing my car. More

He wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I left an approved car deal at another dealer due to being treated so poorly. Dealing with Stan and Danny was such a great refreshing experience. Thorough and Friendly In addition to its routine two-year maintenance, our Prius had a hatch door problem. It was very difficult to open, and closed suddenly with a bang! In addition to its routine two-year maintenance, our Prius had a hatch door problem. It was very difficult to open, and closed suddenly with a bang! Quite dangerous, actually. My service rep. first informed me about extended maintenance and the costs and choices I would be bearing/making in the future. And he and his team took the time to diagnose the door problem and replace a faulty hydraulic strut -- at no charge. It took about an hour longer than a regular service, but the rep kept me informed of progress while I waited in the lounge, working on my laptop. All in all a very satisfactory car service and repair experience. I apologize for one thing...I forgot the name of my rep!! This comes with aging. I had to enter some name below in order to submit this form. I wonder if my very friendly rep was Brian, or Nick, or someone else altogether! For sure he was a young man! More

I am very conscientious about bring my car to the dealership every 5000 miles for routine and scheduled service and for genuine Toyota parts. You can imagine my Schick to discover that the cost o the bulb was $208 . 25!!! Even the Service Rep was amazed. I' m 73 years old , on a fixed income, and driving an 8 year old car. I don' t need to be buying $200 light bulbs! I would like very much for you to give me some financial assistance in covering the cost of this bulb. I think that$208 is an outrageous cost to replace a safety part. More
