Service experience makes you want to stay with Toyota I have gone to Beaverton Toyota for my 2005 Camry service for as long as I have owned it. I am considering moving on to a Lexus/Audi/Infiniti sedan bu I have gone to Beaverton Toyota for my 2005 Camry service for as long as I have owned it. I am considering moving on to a Lexus/Audi/Infiniti sedan but would miss super-trustworthy Dennis Wolfe in the service department. I hear stories asking "Why does it always seem to cost so much to get the luxury brands serviced?" and the unfortunate secret answer is partially "Because those owners can pay..." I don't have this worry with Dennis at Beaverton and will consider getting a fancier Avalon just to maintain the relationship. More

Did a great job fixing my brakes I had a major front end vibration and wheel hop problem on my Tacoma that was caused by a brake issue. Braking on a steep hill was quite an unsettling I had a major front end vibration and wheel hop problem on my Tacoma that was caused by a brake issue. Braking on a steep hill was quite an unsettling experience. A local tire shop did a poor job of repairing this problem. I finally gave up and took it to Beaverton Toyota and they fixed it right up. The rotors had major hot spots and the brake pads were cracked. The tire shop did not properly turn the rotors nor did they notice the cracked pads. After the rotors were correctly resurfaced and the pads replaced the brakes now work perfectly with no issues on the steepest hill I could find. The parking brake works better too. And the customer waiting room is quite nice. I don't even want to mention what that was like at the tire shop. More

Service Center Needs Work I've been taking the RAV4 I purchased at the Murray dealership since I bought it, but honestly would rather not. They have messed up my mileage in th I've been taking the RAV4 I purchased at the Murray dealership since I bought it, but honestly would rather not. They have messed up my mileage in their system twice now at 2 oil changes by putting about 10k less mileage than what was actually on my car. This leaves the opportunity to miss a service that is required at 35, 45, 50k miles as they email you to come in based on what they have in their system. I have also switched my appointment over the phone with them only to come in at my new time to them not having actually changed the appointment. No explanation, no offer to give me a ride back to work for the extra 2 hour delay. I had to ask to see if they have some sort of car or shuttle service. Seriously, he just shrugged his shoulders. I have also gone in to an appointment at the time I was supposed to only to be sitting and waiting awkwardly in the garage. No one greeted me, no one asked me what I was there for, it was seriously awkward. After about 20 mins someone came to the window of my car and asked about my appointment etc. One more thing and I'm about to go elsewhere. More

I was told service would take an hour and it ended up taking much less time, which is good considering I had my 3 children with me!
