My vehicles have been fixed right, the first time, every time. They have provided loaner cars when necessary. Recently, I had an occasion to request reimbursement for a previous issue from 2012 that was later identified as a special warranty item. The dealer went to bat for me and I obtained a full refund. The issue re-occurred in 2015 and the dealer performed a full replacement without any hassle. The work was performed while I waited and the result is perfect. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone (and I have). More

Shuttle service is not well managed I waited for the shuttle and when the 1st one arrived I was told it was going in the wrong direction. The 2nd one did not know that I was waiting...seems that info was not communicated...so I was left again...despite my protests that I was waiting longer then the people that were taken. The manager kept telling me how this is a "service" that customers don't pay for. WRONG...it's part of the business model and the cost is built into the service. This was my 1st time at this dealership. This issue that I had service for was fixed with out a problem. I was given a 10% discount on the service because of the issue. More
Upgraded Rav 4 I purchased a 2013 Rav XLE from you dealership in December. At that time my credit could have been better. I really wanted a Limited but my credit res I purchased a 2013 Rav XLE from you dealership in December. At that time my credit could have been better. I really wanted a Limited but my credit restricted that. Since it was year end clearance time I wanted to see what kind of deals were out there. In the eight months since I bought my car my credit had gone up so I was able to upgrade to the Limited. Ron was very helpful. He showed me all of my choices. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and freindly. I dont know what else to say but I got the car I really wanted. Thanks to everyone at Beaverton Toyota. More

I was on hold for more than 10 minutes before I got a person on the line who then transferred me to Brian, which went to voicemail. I left a message requesting an update and didn't hear back. Tried again at noon, on hold again for more than 5 minutes, and Brian still couldn't be found, but the car was ready. I arrived to pick up the car and Brian was there working at his desk, having no idea that I had called twice. They couldn't find anything wrong with the car (but it still took 2 hours longer than planned) and when asked why he didn't return my call, he pointed at his phone and said he didn't have time to check his voicemails. Completely unapologetic about it. More
