Thorough and Friendly In addition to its routine two-year maintenance, our Prius had a hatch door problem. It was very difficult to open, and closed suddenly with a bang! In addition to its routine two-year maintenance, our Prius had a hatch door problem. It was very difficult to open, and closed suddenly with a bang! Quite dangerous, actually. My service rep. first informed me about extended maintenance and the costs and choices I would be bearing/making in the future. And he and his team took the time to diagnose the door problem and replace a faulty hydraulic strut -- at no charge. It took about an hour longer than a regular service, but the rep kept me informed of progress while I waited in the lounge, working on my laptop. All in all a very satisfactory car service and repair experience. I apologize for one thing...I forgot the name of my rep!! This comes with aging. I had to enter some name below in order to submit this form. I wonder if my very friendly rep was Brian, or Nick, or someone else altogether! For sure he was a young man! More

He wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I left an approved car deal at another dealer due to being treated so poorly. Dealing with Stan and Danny was such a great refreshing experience. Although I was a bit surprised that the trunk struts had started to leak, it was a repair that was covered under warranty. Andrew let me know that they were covered, and I had a coupon for the oil change, which brought the total to $69. They also vacuumed the front of my car, and gave me a free car wash coupon. Oil change and repair took about 2 hours, but I was able to work from the waiting area, which has wifi fast enough to support VNC. Thank you for servicing my car. More

Did a great job fixing my brakes I had a major front end vibration and wheel hop problem on my Tacoma that was caused by a brake issue. Braking on a steep hill was quite an unsettling I had a major front end vibration and wheel hop problem on my Tacoma that was caused by a brake issue. Braking on a steep hill was quite an unsettling experience. A local tire shop did a poor job of repairing this problem. I finally gave up and took it to Beaverton Toyota and they fixed it right up. The rotors had major hot spots and the brake pads were cracked. The tire shop did not properly turn the rotors nor did they notice the cracked pads. After the rotors were correctly resurfaced and the pads replaced the brakes now work perfectly with no issues on the steepest hill I could find. The parking brake works better too. And the customer waiting room is quite nice. I don't even want to mention what that was like at the tire shop. More

I am considering moving on to a Lexus/Audi/Infiniti sedan bu I have gone to Beaverton Toyota for my 2005 Camry service for as long as I have owned it. I am considering moving on to a Lexus/Audi/Infiniti sedan but would miss super-trustworthy Dennis Wolfe in the service department. I hear stories asking "Why does it always seem to cost so much to get the luxury brands serviced?" and the unfortunate secret answer is partially "Because those owners can pay..." I don't have this worry with Dennis at Beaverton and will consider getting a fancier Avalon just to maintain the relationship. More
