Untimely repair, fixed without dispair! Going into Beaverton Toyota Scion, for what I thought was going to be a routine oil change soon turned into anyones worse nightmare. I was informed by the very knowledgeable advisor that was assisting me during my maintenance visit, that my brakes needed to be repaired IMMEDIATELY. I was told the price, what was going to be done, the different options they offer for my vechicle and that my car needed to stay overnight. Very much unprepared for this repair, I panicked. I had to work that very evening and limited funds being a single mom. That's when John Holler and Todd Moak came to my rescue. Not only did they help me with getting a rental car so I could work that evening they went above and beyond to get the repairs I needed without breaking my piggy bank. I'll never forget what Todd Moak and John Holler did for me. I know they don't only believe in the company they work for, but they genuinely care about their customers. My car is once again safe, restoring my piece of mind when hitting the road. More

They Went Way Above and Beyond! I recently moved to Portland OR area and found housing costs much higher than where I had come from. Additionally, I was traveling to work 30 miles; so felt that the big 4 wheel truck I had was no longer needed both for reasons pertaining to gas expense as well as large loan and car payment. I called Beaverton Toyota and expressed my desire to trade it in letting them know about my desires and the small SUV in which I was interested in. The reception, and desire to please out of seemingly concern was immeasurable!! You see..even though the deal would be difficult to pull off, given the amount I still owed on my vehicle, they went above and beyond in energy spent in their attempts to make it happen for me. And boy did they! My Sales Person could not have been more empathic, professional and considerate to my situation. In the end, (although I hardly believe they made much of a profit, maybe very little) they made it possible!! Now I can handle not only new housing costs...but the savings on fuel, and car payments alone (not to mention reduced insurance and loan amounts/costs) allow me to relax, and enjoy my new home town, State and surroundings, as well as easily improve my credit score because of the reduced minimum payment allowing me to pay more. So this dealership went above and beyond forgetting solely about their profit margin to make me happy and for that I will be eternally devoted and loyal. More

I pride myself on researching practically every purchase. I reviewed all the standard literature ie. Consumer Reports, Clark Howard, Car and Driver, Edmunds, Cars.com, various blogs etc. Then for lack of a better phrase, related to shopping: Its a jungle out there. I began with Costco vehicle purchasing service, TrueCar, AAA auto buying etc. All basically quoted me a best price about $600-$700 more than what I paid at Beaverton Toyota. Moving on, I decided to research sales people. Being the consummate reader, the process dragged on ending with a glorious result. Jessica London. How many of you remember the old days of "Here's the deal....oh wait, I have to talk to a manager....blah, blah." None of that here. Jessica did it all. I received a generous trade in and a good price. Jessica is outstanding. I believe her to be personable, possessing integrity, and is customer service oriented.
