I said I need help and Andrew was on service and he said come on in by 6 I rushed had a friend take me there When I get to the parts department Andrew already had paperwork there and he then came over while I was waiting and he was so nice to introduce himself. He made me feel so important and welcomed. The parts man did my key and I was on my way home. This dealership has always been wonderful Dan Parez has always been there for Sunshine Pantry. Engine/Oil Flush Needed? Above proceedure was recommended by techs through my service represenative. First it was every oil change and I declined given cost of $80. Then Rob r Above proceedure was recommended by techs through my service represenative. First it was every oil change and I declined given cost of $80. Then Rob returned and said every 30,000 miles or so. After investigation when i returned home, I don't think it was needed as I am doing oil changes per schedule on '08 Prius with 165,000 miles. In fact some reviews suggested it can cause more harm than good. This procedure needs a better explanation in regard to pro's and con's. I found no information that supported any benefit for high mileage autos when oil changes have been done on schedule. First time in 10 years I've felt uncomfortable or have questions with this dealership. More

And listen to this. My first service back,I drop the car off and go to the lounge-I see Dan in his office. I wave and I walk around the lounge-large TVs. free coffee and donuts, free computers. Next moment here comes Dan We catch up then he asks. " Can I get you anything?" " I say no, I'm just looking for a newspaper. Dan goes and searches out the Wall Street Journal for me-he's a remarkable, kind human being and a heckuva salesman. More

Great service department They have made great improvements in their customer waiting area and service department. I have been going here for service on my Tundra since 2007. They have made great improvements in their customer waiting area and service department. I have been going here for service on my Tundra since 2007. I asked them not to and they don't pressure you to have services that you don't need. They do what you ask and just give you a list of things you may want to have done. I have received no pressure tactics to have un-needed service performed. The waiting area is comfortable and modern. The wait times are OK and making appointments is great on the web or by phone. Dennis Wolfe is a great person to have for a service manager. More
