Oil Change I have kept up with recommended oil changes since I bought my Prius in 2004. The best deal is that this is lifetime service. Occasionally the service rep suggests further additional maintenance but it has never been a "hard cell" and I usually get everything done on the next visit. Easy and Enjoyable My wife and I visited Beaverton Toyota Scion on a Sunday afternoon with an interest in a used 4Runner. Mike politely made himself available to us, and immediately recommended a used 4Runner he had seen on their auxiliary lot. We were quickly given a test drive, and determined it was the exact vehicle we had in mind. We decided to make the purchase, and Mike helped us with the paperwork and bank loan, which took less than 30 minutes. Because the vehicle was a recent acquisition to their dealership, our car was immediately sent through a rigorous inspection and detailing. The entire process was pain-free, and Mike was a true delight to work with. He was honest, kind, and not at all pushy. We'll probably be purchasing another vehicle soon, and we fully intend to go back to Beaverton Toyota Scion to work with Mike again. More

Very efficient service I've always had good service here. The staff is friendly and efficient. This particular visit was great except for the car wash situation. The staff used to run it through the car wash; now they just give you a coupon and you have to wash it yourself AFTER they've already had your car for several hours. Plus, on this day the car wash was down! I'd like to see them return to having my car washed and ready for me to get on the road. But want to say Andrew is a great service advisor. I really enjoy working with him. More

really respected my time its never easy to be without your car, so when I took mine in to replace a side view mirror, Toyota goofed up and didn't paint all of it Patrice told its never easy to be without your car, so when I took mine in to replace a side view mirror, Toyota goofed up and didn't paint all of it Patrice told me they would take care of it at my next oil change. Way to slow It took over 2 hours to complete a scheduled 10,000 mile oil change. I don't see the point of making an appointment and then having to wait that long It took over 2 hours to complete a scheduled 10,000 mile oil change. I don't see the point of making an appointment and then having to wait that long for a service that at most could be completed in less than half the time. If we wouldn't have purchased a service plan for our vehicle there is no way I would ever bring it back to the dealer. More
