Great service! I've brought my "new used" car in for repairs more than I'd like, but I always feel like the employees go out of their way to make sure my experience I've brought my "new used" car in for repairs more than I'd like, but I always feel like the employees go out of their way to make sure my experience is positive. Today I brought my car in for diagnostics and when the tech found the problem he happened to have an extra part and installed it for free, in addition to going the extra mile to check another issue. My advisor also took his time to explain everything to me, even though I'm sure he had many other customers. Thank you!! More
Repair with no appointment I did not have an appointment and they were very nice about it. My wipers would not turn off. I did have to wait about 2 hours to find out that my I did not have an appointment and they were very nice about it. My wipers would not turn off. I did have to wait about 2 hours to find out that my problem didn't exist when the mechanic looked at it, but based on what my problem was he suggested the part I might need. So, I left with no charge. I expected a bill, but none. Even though the wait was long their lounge was comfortable and if I didn't want to wait I could have taken a shuttle. I felt everyone was extremely courteous. And then I got a free car wash!!! More

I also appreciate the shuttle, so I was able to get other things done while my vehicle was serviced. I was again pleased that the cost of the service was very reasonable. More

It will cost WHAT????????? Purchased RAV 4 in 2013. Purchased additional warranty for piece of mind. Needed some things looked at. Called for appointment. Was told by female who Purchased RAV 4 in 2013. Purchased additional warranty for piece of mind. Needed some things looked at. Called for appointment. Was told by female who answered the phone it will be 110.00 to diagnose the problem, even though we were clear about what the issues were. Some rubber molding came loose form roof top during car wash and glove compartment "shock" had come off. It was shocking since we spent 2500.00 for additional warranties. Apparently they only cover mechanical. BUT, we are still inside our 3 year 36,00 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I called the warranty department. I was assured we are covered for the minor situations that arose. The time waiting on hold; the frustration of feeling betrayed by Beaverton Toyota COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED, if the female who answered the phone simply either knew how to find the information or transferred us to the department who could answer the questions. Went to my appointment carrying some frustration. Dennis Wolfe was our Service Advisor. We have worked with him before. His approach of "lets fix this now" was re assuring and solution based rather than a scare tactic as we received from the female who answered the phone when we made our appointment. He explained the extended warranty we purchased and explained the value and benefit of being inside the 3 year, 236,00 mile warranty coverage. Thank you Dennis! I appreciate your candor, explanation and solution based approach to this customers concerns. More
