Poor service appointment A person called us to set up a date for a service appointment for our year old Camry. We also received an email confirming our appointment. When we arrived they couldn't find us in their system and couldn't even seem to find that we had bought our car from them. They acted like we were at the wrong place. They finally did go ahead and check our new car and change the oil. I was just glad I had brought their email along confirming our appointment date and time. More

Adequate work space at the desks, generally quiet except for the Television. Have ToyotaCare so cannot comment on cost / value. Service adviser was very responsive to my requests. More

Pleasant experience overall. It was a routine 25K mile service and was done quickly while I waited in the lobby. Took about an hour but the Wifi is good and their is a cafe. Unresponsive and unapologetic about it Took my Prius in to be looked at due to the smell of gasoline. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes before I got a person on the line who then transferred me to Brian, which went to voicemail. I left a message requesting an update and didn't hear back. Tried again at noon, on hold again for more than 5 minutes, and Brian still couldn't be found, but the car was ready. I arrived to pick up the car and Brian was there working at his desk, having no idea that I had called twice. They couldn't find anything wrong with the car (but it still took 2 hours longer than planned) and when asked why he didn't return my call, he pointed at his phone and said he didn't have time to check his voicemails. Completely unapologetic about it. More

Upgraded Rav 4 I purchased a 2013 Rav XLE from you dealership in December. At that time my credit could have been better. I really wanted a Limited but my credit res I purchased a 2013 Rav XLE from you dealership in December. At that time my credit could have been better. I really wanted a Limited but my credit restricted that. Since it was year end clearance time I wanted to see what kind of deals were out there. In the eight months since I bought my car my credit had gone up so I was able to upgrade to the Limited. Ron was very helpful. He showed me all of my choices. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and freindly. I dont know what else to say but I got the car I really wanted. Thanks to everyone at Beaverton Toyota. More
