I think this said a lot for the dealership. The important point was they recognised that what a salesman offered was lived up to their word. More

Car purchase and service We had not purchased a new vehicle for 16 years and did not look forward to the experience. We knew that one of our vehicles would need to be replaced We had not purchased a new vehicle for 16 years and did not look forward to the experience. We knew that one of our vehicles would need to be replaced so after much research we decided that Beaverton Toyota was where we would start the process. We showed up at the dealership before they opened and were looking at cars outside when the manager invited us in to the showroom. We told him that we were there to purchase a Prius so he called a sales rep and asked him to come in early to help us, He arrived shortly and was very helpful. We never felt pressured and he was a great educator. We decided on a Prius C and the entire process was much better than we expected it to be. And, the best part is that we are getting awesome gas mileage. When it was time to replace our other vehicle we called our service rep and he expedited the process. When it was time for the first service the experience was just as great. We love our Prius and Camry and highly recommend Beaverton Toyota. More

Amazing Car Buying Experience I knew my car was dying, a slow and painful death. My car, a 2002 PT Cruiser, was my baby and I took good care of her, but my pocketbook was stretched and I was tired of supporting my mechanic. So I started my research and I picked three cars to look and test drive. I had heard great things about Beaverton Toyota (one friend commented, Buy Toyota!) on both sales and service. I was nervous about buying new, but knew I needed to venture out of my comfort zone. I met Kevin at the dealership. He was very patient to explain all the in's and out's of the car, the different options available on the RAV4, and the leasing vs. buying process. I tested several cars and found the perfect one. Kevin (and his support staff) went out of his way to find the right car for me. This was a major decision for me and I am thrilled with my experience at Beaverton Toyota. More
