I figured it would be more expensive than going elsewhere and I could find somewhere else eventually... I didn't even try. I know exactly what I'm going to get when I go to Beaverton Toyota: good service, great customer service, and a comfortable place to sit while I wait. It's been about three years of regular maintenance, and I have always had a positive experience. Would it be cheaper at a jiffy lube or the like? Probably. But, for me, the service I receive at Beaverton Toyota is well worth it. More

My previous mechanic passed away so I needed to find a new place for car maintenance and repair. I appreciated being able to schedule my appointment online and also be able to call someone if I had a question. I think having one person follow the customer through the repair process is a great idea. Dan Martini provided excellent service, and along with the other members of your team who worked with me and my car. After paying my bill, I left with a great first impression. I couldn't afford to do the list of things my car needed at this time but I appreciated having it for the future. I also appreciate not being pressured into having any of it done at the time. Thank you Dan, & the service department team! More
There, but for Andrew Blaine, go I... to another car maker! This is my 3rd Toyota from this dealership and I have always had my car serviced here. The last 3 or 4 times I have been helped by Andrew Blaine. Toda This is my 3rd Toyota from this dealership and I have always had my car serviced here. The last 3 or 4 times I have been helped by Andrew Blaine. Today he came into the car bay to greet me, listened to everything I requested, and then delivered it all!!!I trust him to be truthful when discussing what the car needs. Car finished within the hour as promised, washed as I asked, (I expected only a coupon to use after the visit)and when he accompanied me directly to the car, he noticed a car blocking mine. By the time I was ready to start the car, Andrew had moved the blocking auto. Good service with a friendly, patient attitude, attention to small niceties and a sense of humor, is not common these days. We are considering a new car purchase soon and it is this service department and especially Andrew Blaine, that will have us buying once more at Beaverton Toyota. I love that guy!! More
