Attention to Detail Got my FJ back with greasy prints on the windshield and hood not latched. Thank goodness my hood didn't flip all the way up while driving down TV Hwy Got my FJ back with greasy prints on the windshield and hood not latched. Thank goodness my hood didn't flip all the way up while driving down TV Hwy and I was able to pull over somewhere safe to shut the it all the way. I called and left a message for the manager to give me a call back, I heard from the Service Adviser, but still no call from the manager; 4 days later. Not impressed!!! More

Worst Experience. Representative first response is 'need to replace' when i tell any issue in parts. He is not ready to look it is fixable or not. He didn't know anything when i ask some question in his big list to change. I can't tell he is customer friendly like other person (i watched some other representative responding well). Front steel slightly came out in my Toyota Camry, he was pressing hard to make more and told you need to replace. I was telling him, stop pressing that it will come out more. why can't we fix. he said it is not possible. but they fixed when return since they had more other item in their multipoint check list. After this normal service, i am still hearing wheel sound whenever i press break. I don't know what level of service they are doing. It is very experience. More
