Within two weeks of buying the car there was a Thousand dollar rebate I spoke to the general manager and asked if I could get that rebate applied to my deal due to the fact that they upped it for the car being red, the msrp on both vechicleswere the same.i asked could I speak to Russ Hummersonthe the owner,to get some help as the General Manager told me he's sorry of my dissatisfaction but there was nothing he could do for me,then said the owner Russ Hummersonthe was a busy man and he would refer the message to him . I made him aware of the fact that I wish I had stuck with Ron Tonkin Toyota which is where I usually go they have the best service department and sales department More

Service check up I came to my appointment about 20 minutes early, and rather than making me wait, they got me in immediately. He told me it would be about an hour and half and within 45 minutes I was in and out of there. Fastest service I've ever had done. I just moved to Beaverton so I didn't know what to expect. But they were great. My service tech was amazing too, very helpful and very sincere. It was clear he cared more about me and my happiness and I really appreciate that in a car dealership. More

Five Star Performance Once again, my service technician, Andrew Blaine, performed beyond my expectation during my recent visit to Beaverton Toyota. I drove in without an exact appointment because I had a flat tire, due to a road hazard, and I was driving on a spare tire. Andrew came out to assist when I was in the service line and took charge of seeing that my Camry was escorted to the tire diagnostician. What great service! There's more..the tire was almost a year- old, and I figured it would be repaired, and I would be sent on my way. Instead, Andrew told me that my car was ready, and that the tire had been replaced. Just like that, no questions asked, no charge, just drive away with a brand new tire. How efficient is that? I can think of well-respected tire stores in town that would have just done a patch job, but Andrew at Beaverton Toyota gave me the VIP treatment! More

Having purchased my car there new in 1998, I have always felt that they have looked after my car, recommending the appropriate services needed to keep it going after 210,000 miles. Today was no exception. I was greeted by my Service Advisor Dan Martini, who had my paperwork ready. He showed me to the waiting area. He had my car ready exactly at the estimated time and explained to me the results of my multi-point vehicle inspection. I appreciate the time he took to look after my car and I will request him for my next appointment. Also, the free coffee and WI-FI in the waiting area was a plus! Thank you! More
