Camry and Tundra Service Scheduled my appointment for my Tundra and Camry two weeks in advance for the same time slot on a Saturday. Both cars purchased at this dealer. After arriving we discovered for whatever reason the Camry was scheduled 4 hours later in the day than the Tundra. Dealer was able to "fit" in the Camry to the Tundra schedule. Asked for a car wash on the Tundra. Did not get it nor a voucher. Used to be they would just wash it without asking. Saw a new scratch on driver side front quarter panel. Not too happy about that. Was not impressed overall. Feels like quality and customer service dropping at this dealership. More

Noticed my vehicle was finished and asked the service staff what was the hold up. Referee back to my service rep who was not there. Another rep graciously helped me and found out my paperwork was started but then left. All the new rep could say was "he must of gone to lunch" On a side note noticed greasy finger marks next to my oil change cling. More

Easy to work with! I worked with Hasan to trade in my RAV4 4cyl for a Rav4 with a V6 (same years) because I needed more power for towing. He immediately put me at ease as he was very knowledgeable and willing to listen to what I needed first without trying to shove me into a car I didn't want. Thank you for pulling all the strings you could to ensure that I got a deal and what I needed, not just the dealership got a deal! I look forward to spending many years with my 'new' muscled RAV4. Hasan is also a great team player, he worked well with his colleagues and I could see that they respected him! That really makes a difference to me when I spend money somewhere, everyone treated each other like they were partners and not competing against each other. I hope his supervisor reads this and understands how important these traits are in an employee, and I hope that Hasan is recognized for it. More

Very Positive Experience We traded in a 2013 Honda CRV for a 2012 Toyota Prius. We changed our minds on the Prius because of the black interior. The day afterthis vehicle was purchased, we contacted Beaverton Toyota and explained that we wanted to exchange this vehicle for our alternate choice which was $1,000 cheaper. We did not fully understand that the dealership's 7 day return policy is only applicable for vehicles of equal or greater value. The dealership would not make an exception to the policy, even when we indicated that we would accept a $1,000 increase in the price of our alternate vehicle. After much discussion, we elected to exchange the vehicle originally purchased for a Prius that was stickered at $1,000 greater than our original choice. Josh Ford, the Sales Director, and Nova Kunukau, our salesperson, expedited the new deal for us. More

Had 2007 Hybrid Camry asked about keyless fob and was told yes LE Had this. Not the same as key in pocket and push start button. Things like that. Told could pay in full on Monday or Tues after picking up car on a Fri. Not so, wanted a check to hold. We never write checks for a future date. Bit of a hassle. But overall, would give good marks to both Tony & Tim Rick Hernandez in service has been VERY HELPFUL over the many years we have been buying and servicing our Toyota. Again on this purchase he has been right there top notch. Also over the years we have appreciated Brian Spears advice and take it very seriously. Want to work with him only. More
