The trade-in for my old vehicle was extremely fair. The onsite inventory selection was impressive and I found just what I needed at the right price. Options that included extended warranties and maintenance were clearly defined and enabled me to make the perfect decision for my needs. The environment for closing the deal was awesome with comfortable chairs and a very nice cafe with an impressive food and beverage menu with excellent quality. Beaverton Toyota is a great example of a superior facility using effective customer-oriented business methods and technologies. More

Easy and Awesome Nancy was great and professional. We just got there and was looking at cars and this lady comes up and asked us if we were being help and we said no. Nancy was great and professional. We just got there and was looking at cars and this lady comes up and asked us if we were being help and we said no. From then on it was great and she took care of us. We got a car from her and she treated us like family even though we just met her that day. Next car we buy will be from her. More
Complaint not addressed, grease left on passenger side seat, I previously owned a 2000 Prius that stalled while driving multiple times. Although I brought it into this dealership several times, the issue was ne I previously owned a 2000 Prius that stalled while driving multiple times. Although I brought it into this dealership several times, the issue was never resolved and I traded it in fearing for my safety. I now own a 2006 Corolla and brought it in for routine maintenance and reported a scraping noise in the wheel. Not only was the issue not addressed, no mention of the problem was on my invoice. The service rep reprimanded me 3 times for showing up early for my appointment. I requested a call from the dealership manager but have not heard a word back. My next step will be to write to Toyota directly. More

As we were leaving, Krystle stopped us and asked us if we were from Hawaii, from just one question, it led to a great conversation. She is really friendly and helpful with knowledge that she does have, she made us comfortable and we are looking foward to coming back to purchase a vehicle. She did say she works in service, but she says she will get me connected to an awesome sales person. More

What I hope for Had an unusual rattle coming from engine compartment. Was somewhat intermittent but always happened in the morning. Dropped car off the night before. The tech rode with me to hear the noise, which he heard. Was a clamp on a vacuum hose rubbing against the cowl. Fixed no charge. Thank you Beaverton Service. Note: Car was still under warranty, but they were attentive to my needs. More
