It makes no sense that you guys were going to charge me top dollar for a used Dodge Durango with 100k miles and then beat me up on my vehicle that had lower miles than what I was buying...really? You guys don't need to stick it to the customer on both ends of the deal. It's a wonder you do any business at all operating like that. Shameful and crooked! My family is reputable and has been around locally for ages. We will be sure to spread the word about how we were treated to all of our friends, extended family and business associates as well as some very important pillars of our community. To make matters worse, our salesman (Neal) sent me a text 2 weeks later asking me to "please hop on line and leave me a 5 star review so that my bosses think I'm doing a good job"! Yes, that's a quote! For Neal to text me on my personal cell phone to ask me for a 5 Star review after getting treated the way I did makes me want to do the exact opposite....so here it is! Waste of time-never again! First I will tell you what Beaverton Toyota made me wait 3.5hrs over two days of the week to find out- they do not negotiate on price. We came in duri First I will tell you what Beaverton Toyota made me wait 3.5hrs over two days of the week to find out- they do not negotiate on price. We came in during the week after seeing their 2003 4runner on auto trader without a price. They made us wait about 45 minutes only to find out their service department had the keys and just closed two minutes before they finally showed it to us-still no price. So we're back on a Saturday for a test drive, asking for the cost-still no price. Almost two hours of asking for the cost and they ask us to fill a credit app before even telling us the price! We wouldn't let then run our credit before knowing if the 4runner was overpriced or not so they finally had to give it to us. Guess what? It's almost $3000 over the Kelley blue book dealer value and then they drop the bomb- "We're a one price dealership and we don't negotiate". And now I know why, they were selling it as is, not certified, no warranty, not guaranteed for anything. We practically ran out of there before they could rob us. What a waste of our time! More

I am enjoying my Toyota Prius! I was online searching high and low for a used Toyota Prius that I could afford. I visited this Toyota dealership to check out their listing for a use I was online searching high and low for a used Toyota Prius that I could afford. I visited this Toyota dealership to check out their listing for a used Toyota Prius with one owner and no accidents. The dealer that I worked with, Wasif, was very personable and professional. I really felt like he listened to me describe what I was looking for and took me right to a car that I wanted. He assured me about the concerns I had such as the miles and service records. He really worked with me on making it a great deal and he explained the advantages of trading in my current vehicle. If I had to nick-pick one thing: Traditionally cars you buy have two keys, I was surprised there was only one. He said, "There is only one key, so don't lose it!" A second key is too expensive. I wish this would have been brought up earlier just so I wouldn't be so surprised at the end. I only worry about the difficulty of obtaining a backup should this key get lost or stolen. It was definitely a factor I would have liked to consider during the negotiations. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this Toyota Dealership and especially Wasif as a superb salesman! More
