Delays 1) There were no envelopes in the usual place when I attempted to drop off the car at 6AM. I had to return at 7. Strike 1. Time away from work (Mill 1) There were no envelopes in the usual place when I attempted to drop off the car at 6AM. I had to return at 7. Strike 1. Time away from work (Millikan and Murray): 45 min. 2) When I arrived at 7, they couldn't find the work order for my service in the system, which was scheduled the previous week when the replacement radio arrived. The radio in the car hadn't worked since I bought the car and it took two months to replace it. Time wasted 20 minutes. 3) When I returned at 3:30, they couldn't find my order in the system again. Time wasted 45 minutes. More

From our service rep to the shuttle drivers, the staff is friendly and generous. Communication is great, and we always come away with a clear understanding of what is needed and then performed. It's probably a bit more expensive than a non-dealer option, but it seems fair, especially considering the level of service and peace of mind. In particular, Patrice is always pleasant, proactive in keeping us informed and has the perspective of building long-term relationships that pays attention to the little things and keeps us coming back. Fantastic Service Experience I have been using Beaverton Toyota service department ever since I bought my Prius from them in January of 2013. I went for the free maintenance for t I have been using Beaverton Toyota service department ever since I bought my Prius from them in January of 2013. I went for the free maintenance for the first 24k miles. Since then I bought a set of Michelin tires from them because they price matched other vendors. The excellent experiences are what keeps me coming back even now that I pay for my maintenance, The newly remodeled facility is comfortable and relaxed - I just bring my laptop and connect to the complimentary WiFi and do my work while I wait for the car. The entire dealership has earned my loyalty, and their performance shows that they recognize that they have to do that every visit. I'll keep coming back as long as they maintain this excellent level of service. More
